Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Exeter Massage Centre, we value your time and investment in your well-being. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. For refunds, we assess each request individually to ensure fairness and transparency. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee.

  • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will normally be charged the full treatment cost.

  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, although your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

 

 

Refund Policy

  • Treatments that have already been completed are generally non-refundable.

  • If Exeter Massage Centre needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose either:

    • a full refund, or

    • to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Requests relating to illness, emergencies or unforeseen events will be considered individually.

Packages, Gift Vouchers & Other Information

  • Prepaid treatment packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

  • Gift vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
