Appointments can be made through our website, by telephone, email or any other booking methods offered by Exeter Massage Centre.

Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.

Please ensure the information you provide when booking is accurate and up to date.

Payment may be required at the time of booking or after your treatment, depending on the booking method selected.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Any changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are free of charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may also be charged 50% of the treatment fee.

• Completed treatments are non-refundable.

• If Exeter Massage Centre needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative appointment.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before receiving treatment, you must inform your therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or medications that may affect your treatment.

Exeter Massage Centre reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

Treatments provided are intended to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical

diagnosis or treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate an appointment if a client:

• behaves in an abusive, aggressive or inappropriate manner;

• attends under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

• makes inappropriate comments or requests;

• refuses to follow reasonable instructions from the therapist.

Future bookings may be declined in these circumstances.

Gift vouchers and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed before their expiry date.
